I'm located in Philadephia, PA. Orders generally ship within 2 business days via First Class mail for both US and International orders. I'll send you an email when your package is on the way. Please be aware that I'm one gal with a sewing machine, so in the event that I get crazily backed up, I'll send you an email to let you know (not that I expect much of that, but you never know).

I want you to be happy, so if for some reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return your headband(s) for refund or exchange.
